The term fitness Carries much wider meanings encompassing fitness of all kinds viz mental, psychological, spiritual, and physical but here I would focus on physical fitness only. As they say that a healthy body possesses a healthy mind, therefore, physical fitness and its maintenance are of paramount importance. It is the quality of life that matters notwithstanding the longevity of age. 

With a view to maintaining good physical health, both regular exercise and diet control are concomitant. One has to be fit not only for his own self but also for his or her near n dear ones. Taking out a little time for oneself in this hustle-bustle of urban life is necessary to take part actively in daily life activities. Ideally going to bed early and rise early in the morning gives oneself enough time to focus on health, brisk walk, cycling, swimming, or other aerobics supply an adequate oxygen level required for a healthy body, warding off minor and even major ailments like cardiovascular, pulmonary and digestive disorders besides maintaining optimum blood circulation.

In view of the foregoing, physical fitness is important to lead a healthy, normal, and robust life which is compounded with a balanced mental approach towards making judicious decisions in daily life challenges confronting everyone in this material world's stresses and strains. The physical fitness enables a person to think rationally and pragmatically keeping one thought process on normal lines giving freedom from unfounded fears and abstract self-created obstacles.

Therefore I would urge everybody to keep themselves healthy, fit and normal.
